Please follow the given steps in order to reset/change your password:

• Click on the “Forgot password?” option on the login page
• Enter your correct email address and click on “Send Password Reset Link”
• A password reset link will be sent to your email address (Note: If you’ve not received the email in your inbox, then please check your spam folder as well.)
• Click on the “Reset Password” and it will redirect you to a new page where you can set a new password.

Similarly, in case you are already logged in and want to reset your password, you may follow these steps:

• Go to “My Profile” and select “Password” from the list
• Fill in the “Current Password” and “New Password” fields and click “Change Password”.

In case you have forgotten your password, you may reset it with the following steps:

• Click on the “Forgot password?” option on the login page
• Enter your correct email address and click on “Send Password Reset Link”
• A password reset link will be sent to your email address (Note: If you’ve not received the email in your inbox, then please check your spam folder as well.)
• Click on the “Reset Password” and it will redirect you to a new page where you can set a new password.

Your account might be locked due to multiple invalid email/password attempts. In such case, we suggest you wait for 10 minutes and try logging in again with the correct email and password.

If the account is still locked, contact our support team at support@homeschool.asia stating a valid reason for activation.

The account gets locked due to multiple invalid email/password attempts by the user. To unlock the account, please follow these steps:

• Wait within 10 minutes and then enter the correct email/password to log in, or use the “Forgot your Password” option from the login page to reset your password
• If the account is still locked, contact our support team at support@homeschool.asia.
